The law is exposed…
Decorations are hanging on its naked body
And the light in the cage…
What an accident!
We had nothing but this in mind:
Can you run away?
Is there an opening outside the cage?
Can you not hear “must”?
Is it possible not to build and not to praise?
But I tore the beautiful garment of equality!
Norm is an artwork that objects to all of the man-made rules that imprison thought. No matter how much we embroidered it, it did not make the captivity any easier to tolerate. This artwork is a reminder of the need for freedom of thought and expression.
